There’s a movement called “junk food culture” that drives people’s obsession with treats. James Ostrer, an English artist, feels that junk food can be inspirational. So he created strange portraits of people covered in fast food.
His technique involves layering the food over his models, then taking a photo of the finished product. “I wanted to engulf myself in sugary foods hoping that by doing this, I wouldn’t be attracted to them anymore,” says Ostrer. Do you think it worked?
