It seems that people always choose someone different than themselves to tease and bully. For Khoudia Diop, it was the color of her skin that made her a target. Diop is from Senegal and responded to her attackers in a unique way.
Instead of getting down about the way she was treated, Diop became a model. She goes by the name, “Melanin Goddess,” and is taking the world by storm. She still faces some negative comments, but Diop has made her dreams come true, despite the naysayers.
She likes being different and encourages other girls to embrace their differences too. If that’s not beautiful, we sure don’t know what is.
