We’ve featured various types of art on this site but this concept is truly unique. We’d like to introduce you to Jayne (pictured above) who let’s other artists use her dreadlocks as paintbrushes. According to her website, “DREAD ART is live art created by using the tips of dreadlocks to paint truly unique pieces of art.”
We know what you must be thinking. How does she clean the paint out of her hair after each session? The answer is, she doesn’t. Her dreads get trimmed a little after each painting. Now that’s sacrifice!
According to Jayne, she is only person in the world who uses their dreadlocks to create art. We don’t doubt it.
